Nestled in the fertile plains of Ilia in the western Peloponnese, the Klabanos family has tended olive trees under the Greek sun for generations. D & K Klabanos specialises in producing agourelaio — true early harvest extra virgin olive oil, collected when the olives are still green and at their polyphenol-rich peak.

The olives are pressed immediately after harvest using cold-press extraction, keeping temperatures low to preserve the oil's full spectrum of nutrients and aromas. The result is an oil with a slightly fruity and fresh taste — carrying notes of herbs, green apple, and a hint of pineapple — and a characteristic gentle bitterness that signals an exceptional polyphenol content.
